STREAMING ISSUES

Our streaming player uses a technology called ActiveX to deliver content over the internet. This technology requires a plug-in some browsers do not have by default. If you are having trouble streaming any of the shows on our station, the most likely reason is that your browser is missing this ActiveX plug-in. Typically, the result of missing the correct plug-in is a player that pops up, but coninues to show "Loading Content" and doesn't begin the stream.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Let's start the troubleshooting process by scrolling to the very bottom of the streaming player window which launches when you clicked to listen live. If near the bottom of the window you see "Click Here To Install Your ActiveX Plug-In", then we're on the right track. If you don't see the link then please refer to our streaming FAQ for more information.

For those of you who do see the link, click on it. Clicking on this link will bring up a window displaying the plug-in information and 2 buttons, "Install Now" and "Cancel". Click on the "Install Now" button to install the plug-in. Close and restart your browser to finalize the installation.

The process of installing the ActiveX plug-in will resolve most streaming issues in most cases. If that doesn't work, or there are problems with the installation, please refer to our streaming FAQ to troubleshoot further.
